This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services, websites, and applications operated by Rich Management LLC, including but not limited to: the Netjeru Oracle mobile application, rich-mgt.com, riched.co, the Rebuilt by AI podcast, RMMUSIC digital releases, and all associated services.

Rich Management LLC ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

🔒 Data Collection

Netjeru Oracle App — Free Usage: The App can be used without creating an account. When used anonymously, we collect no personally identifiable information. You may browse and interact with free features without providing any data.

Netjeru Oracle App — Subscription Users: When you purchase the Unlimited Access subscription, the following is collected:

• Email address — provided during subscription signup
• Apple ID transaction identifier — returned by Apple for purchase validation
• Anonymous RevenueCat user identifier — for cross-device entitlement restoration

We do NOT collect from App users: Your real name (unless voluntarily provided), physical address, phone number, payment card details (Apple handles all payment processing), contacts, location, photos, microphone audio, health data, or cross-app tracking identifiers (IDFA is not used).

Websites (rich-mgt.com, riched.co): When you voluntarily submit a form (contact, funding application, newsletter signup), we collect only the information you provide — typically name, email, and business details. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Email Communications: If you subscribe to our newsletter or email sequences, your email address is stored with our email service provider (Kit/ConvertKit). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

📱 Local Device Storage

The Netjeru Oracle App stores game progress (card collection, pull history, free credits) locally on your device only. This local game data is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by deleting the App.

Subscription status and purchase receipts ARE validated with Apple and RevenueCat servers (see Data Collection and Third-Party Services sections).

💳 In-App Purchases & Subscription

The Netjeru Oracle App offers in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We never see, collect, or store your payment card details.

Auto-Renewable Subscription:

• Title: Unlimited Access
• Length: 1 month (monthly auto-renewing)
• Price: $9.99 USD per month (prices in other currencies determined by the App Store)
• Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds: Handled directly by Apple per App Store policies

Consumable Purchases: Pull packs (3 credits) are one-time consumable purchases processed through Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase and upon each renewal.

For web purchases via Stripe (oracle deck, consultations, courses), Stripe handles all payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

📊 Analytics & Tracking

Netjeru Oracle App: Uses Apple's built-in App Analytics framework, which provides aggregated, anonymous usage data (device type, iOS version, session length, feature interactions) to help us improve the App. This data cannot be traced to individual users.

You may opt out at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share iPhone Analytics.

The App does NOT use: IDFA (App Tracking Transparency identifier), third-party tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or cross-app tracking frameworks.

Websites: Our websites may use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for understanding site traffic and advertising performance. These tools use cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out tool.

🍪 Cookies

Our websites use cookies to improve your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and support advertising. The Netjeru Oracle App does not use cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some website features may be affected.

• Apple App Store — In-app purchase processing and subscription management
• Apple App Analytics — Anonymous aggregated usage analytics (iOS built-in)

• Stripe — Web payment processing (for non-app purchases)
• Kit (ConvertKit) — Email marketing (website/newsletter only, not App)
• Google Analytics — Website traffic analysis (website only, not App)

• Buzzsprout — Podcast hosting & distribution

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

👶 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information through our websites or the Netjeru Oracle App, please contact dwayne@rich-mgt.com and we will delete it promptly.

🗂 Data Retention & Deletion

Website form submissions and email subscriber data are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. App data is stored locally on your device only — delete the App to remove all data. To request deletion of any data we hold, email dwayne@rich-mgt.com and we will respond within 30 days.

⚖️ Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
